We prefer to provide training In House, this allows for:
- Convenience for you & the candidates,
- No travelling expenses to pay your employees,
- Staff remain on site, less time away from workplace,
- Good team building opportunity in a familiar setting for the staff.
Your Workforce
Will all learn using different senses we at BP&J Training will meet those differing needs and use different methods to suit all learning styles within the group.
We actively encourage interaction by all candidates and measure the learning curve of each person attending.
We will spend as much time with individuals as is needed to ensure that maximum potential is reached.
What's included in the cost?
Everything - there are no hidden costs
BP&J Training will provide everything from our own equipment to allow for thorough delivery of training
All candidates question papers, handouts, evaluation forms, attendance records and of course certificates for each candidate, although we provide the handouts for candidates to take away with them on the day, we will deliver to you the employer the rest of the evidential paperwork for you to copy prior to awarding to your staff.
The evaluation forms are of great importance to BP&J Training. We take notice, and where appropriate, action from the information highlighted on them by all candidates attending our training courses. We use them to ensure that the highest level of training is being delivered on every course to every candidate.
Minimum & Maximum attendance
We do not insist on minimum numbers although some of the courses benefit from having more candidates. If your company only want a few people to attend then we will again tailor the course to your requirements, we also would charge accordingly if we reduce the length of course running time.
The Maximum we prefer to work with is ten, this allows for adequate trainer supervision and safety.
